Material procurement (plates material grade S355 JO+N with impact test @ -30°C).
Fabrication of three (3) tower parts with the following shell plate thicknesses:
Bottom section: 10mm
Middle section: 8mm
Top section: 8mm
Fabrication and installation of internals (aluminum ladders, checkered-plate platforms, cable supports, cable pivot arms).
Fabrication of transportation supports.
Fabrication of lifting lugs.
Non destructive tests (U.T., P.T., M.T.)
Sandblasting SA2½ and painting of tower sections, suitable for coastal area.
Inspection Data Book.
