Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Contract Manager at EKME S.A., Thessaloniki main office. The Contract Manager will be responsible for managing and administering contracts, including reviewing and negotiating terms, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and resolving any contractual disputes. Additionally, the Contract Manager will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficient contract delivery and maintain positive client relationships.
Qualifications
- Experience in contract management and administration in EPC and EPF projects in the Oil & Gas sector
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
- Ability to work well in a team and under tight deadlines
- Proficient in contract management verbiage and MS Office
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Previous experience in the manufacturing, construction, or engineering industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree (minimum)in Engineering, or Business Administration, Law, or related field
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the Manufacturing /Construction business, particularly related to the Industrial and Energy sectors.
Must have a successful track record of managing projects of significant complexity and high quality and safety specifications, both in Greenfield and Brownfield works.
Must be knowledgable of international standards and codes used in the Oil & Gas sector.
Experience in dealing with international clients, both end-users and EPC companies.
The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different company departments
Responsibilities (indicative)
Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
Manage the daily functions of the business, specifically projects execution.
Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
Manage budget to align with goals of business
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a similar role
Strong technical skills with fabrication / field construction experience.
English proficiency mandatory. French or Italian language will be considered a bonus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong organizational, communication and peoples skills
Strong ability to multitask

Project engineer to be utilized in fabrication operations for Oil & Gas pressure equipment, piping and structural steel, in addition to field work in industrial applications.
Base Requirements: Engineering degree (mechanical/naval/production/structural), English language, computer skills. Other qualifications will be evaluated appropriately.
